Our client is a climate company that builds software solutions and provides services to help their clients measure, monitor and manage environmental impacts.

We’re seeking an experienced Python Developer to work on migrating our clients old system to a new platform, alongside designing /building a new cloud platform, managing your own time and workload, you’ll take pride in mentoring junior members too. As a successful candidate, you’ll get a chance to work with a skilled and friendly development team, including one of our directors, a Nobel peace laureate, making a significant impact on fighting climate change in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help design and build quality cloud-based software to take on environmental challenges
• Work on existing applications to optimize and debug them
• Mentor junior members to improve their coding and problem-solving skills
• Manage your own time seamlessly to meet project deadlines
• Work in a friendly and relaxed environment where creativity and teamwork are highly valued.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications using the cloud and relational databases.
• Good understanding of the serverless computing environment and familiarity with SaaS
